Aygül Özkan has started her rich career at Deutsche Telekom AG in the business unit for regulation/wholesale and at T-Mobile as head of business customers sales Region North. She changed to TNT Post/postcon as branch head and built the North German branch. As member of the Hamburg state parliament, she headed the economic committee and was appointed Lower Saxony state minister fo social affiairs, women, families, health, construction and integration. Most recently, Mrs. Özkan was managing director within the Deutsche Bank group and member of the German management group. She was successfully leading the merger, reorganization and digitization of the service businesses of Deutsche Bank and Postbank.

After his studies in Göttingen, Oxford and Jena and his doctorate at the University of Göttingen, Prof. Dr. Müller started his career at Bertelsmann Foundation where he was responsible as public relations consultant in corporate communication for the Berlin-projects of the Foundation. As lecturer he was teaching students at the University of Oxford / St. John’s College and he was program manager related to research funding in Vienna. Prof. Müller returned to Bertelsmann and was responsible for marketing and communications in the education and knowledge division at the central media house of Bertelsmann. He is a corporate and institutional consultant in Hamburg since 2013 and is university professor at Hochschule Fresenius since 2014.
Nils-C. Huber has started his career during the 1990s in a number of expert and leadership roles in corporate and retail banking. At the beginning of the 2000s, he started as management and strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Among his career highlights of the last years are his leadership role in IBM innovation strategy consulting practice and the Europe-wide responsibility for the strategic alliance between Apple and IBM in the business analytics and strategy service line. Nils-C. Huber was on of IBMs global leading experts for "Digital Reinvention™“. Moreover, he was one of IBM's worldwide key contacts the consulting offering on business model innovation. In 2018, Nils-C. Huber published his book "Stop Segmenting Humans, Start Segmenting Moments" and a related peer-review scientific journal article about his "momentary motivation" hypothesis.
