XCOOBEE.COM and HOTELLERNET.COM LAUNCH BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM INITIATIVE FOR BETTER COLLABORATION BETWEEN HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS

Hospitality businesses still rather co-exist with their competitors in daily business than seizing the full potential of x-business collaboration. To enable more collaboration and in oder to support hotels without own F&B operations as well as co- or nearby located restaurants and caterers, the MomentaryX subsidiary, Hotellernet GmbH, and XcooBee IT Services UG have collaboratively designed a solution as an alternative to the dependency from dominant delivery services: smart menu. Hotels without own F&B have now the opportunity to retain the control over the guest experience for in-room- and in-lobby-dining and to create extra revenue to offset the extra cost in housekeeping caused by food delivery. First partnerships based on the digital solutions from XccoBee smart menu and Hotellernet.com launch their offering for guests in 1Q 2022.

With today’s launch of Hotellernet.com, hospitality businesses and their vendors can now access the probably most multifarious, swiftest and easiest way to take the plunge and to start collaborating beyond the boundaries of their own business, group, or region. Moreover, hotels benefit from accessing the commission-free rate inventory and booking engine to create OTA-independent commission free markets, starting with their own industry value chain and vendors.

 

 

CAPITAL INCREASE AND SPIN-OFF OF THE FIRST PLATFORM OPERATING BUSINESS FROM MOMENTARYX AG

By shareholder resolution of MomentaryX AG’s general meeting, the additional funds were provided on 17.09.2020 to realize the worldwide first Business-Ecosystem-as-a-Service platform, Hotellernet.com. For this purpose, Hotellernet GmbH was founded as subsidiary of MomentaryX AG. Hotellernet GmbH will account for the development and run operations of the platform. MomentaryX AG’s board member, Nils-C. Huber, was appointed General Manager of Hotellernet GmbH in double-hatted role.
